TJ offers specific training that's progressive, so you are sucessful in reaching your goals.  We train outdoors year round in an environment that challenges the body and mind.

TJ's comprenhensive Kettlebell training programs teach more than just the basic swings and lifts-she will teach you how to create a routine that fits into your life and schedule-MOST ROUTINES WILL TAKE YOU LESS THAN 20 MINUTES OF SELF- PRACTICE. 

Ladies will usally start with a 20lb Kettlebell, and Men Start with 30-35lbs Kettlebell. It may not seem like much, but one quickly discovers how different this type of training is from machines or steady state cardiovascular training. TJ requires completing a confidential medical history for safety reasons and encourages those with condtions such us heart disease, diabetes, orthopedic concerns to consult their physician first.

 Athletes as well as the general population will benefit from this type of training to enhance sports performance, increasing aerobic endurance, losing body fat, beating stress and more! TJ Byxbee the founder of Kettlebell Girl has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and is certified in Kettlebell Training, Boxing Fitness, Rope Undulation Training, Pilates, and other functional training programs.
